When you fill out a contact form, email us, or call, we keep the details you choose to share (name, company, phone, message content) so we can respond and follow up. That is the bulk of what most visitors give us.

If you become a customer, we process the account, billing, and operational data needed to deliver, secure, and invoice the service—things like user profiles you create inside our products, configuration you store, support tickets, and usage signals that help us troubleshoot outages or abuse.

Like most sites, our servers and analytics tools may record technical data such as IP address, approximate location, browser type, timestamps, and pages viewed. We use that to keep the site running, understand traffic patterns, and spot obvious technical problems.

We may use cookies or local storage for session continuity, language preference, security (for example CSRF protection where applicable), and aggregated analytics. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may limit some features.

We use data to provide and improve our software, answer enquiries, send service-related notices, bill accounts, comply with law, and protect our users and systems from fraud or misuse. We do not sell personal information as a line of business.

We share information with subprocessors who help us run the business—hosting providers, email delivery, payment processors, and similar vendors—under contracts that restrict how they use data. For Udb Chat these are Google Cloud, a server in Mumbai, India (asia-south1), where messages and files are stored; Cloudflare, an HTTPS proxy in front of chat.udbhabon.com, which does not store our data; and the Google Gemini API on the paid tier, which generates bot answers. Google does not use paid-tier data to train its models.

We may also disclose information if required by a lawful request, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect safety, rights, or property.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Udb Chat retention is described in the Udb Chat section. Security is never perfect, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the type of data we handle.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold where applicable law allows. Commercial customers should route requests through their account administrator when data is held on their behalf inside a product. For direct requests, contact us at info@udbhabon.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Udb Chat (chat.udbhabon.com) is our shared inbox for businesses. It uses our Facebook app Udbhabon Soft (App ID 1426947531864051). A business connects its Facebook Page, and messages that people send to that Page arrive in the inbox. A bot answers some messages, and the business's staff reply to the rest.

People who message a connected Page: we store their Page-scoped ID, name, profile picture, and the messages and files they send. Businesses that connect a Page: we store the Page ID, Page name, and Page access token, plus account details.

We use this data only to show and answer conversations for the business that connected the Page. It can be seen by Udbhabon staff and by authorized staff of that business.

We keep it while the Page is connected. We delete it within 30 days after the Page is disconnected or we receive a deletion request, and remove it from backups within 90 days. Records we are legally required to keep for accounting or security may be retained.

Udbhabon operates from Bangladesh. Your information may be processed in Bangladesh and stored in India, on Google Cloud servers in Mumbai (asia-south1). If you access our services from elsewhere, it may also pass through regions where our other providers operate. By using the site or services you acknowledge that transfer.

Our marketing site and business software are not directed at children. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will adjust the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting customers may also be communicated through billing or admin contacts.
